The creaminess that our goat milk yogurt lends to this cocktail balances the acidity of the lemon and gin while also countering the spice of the pepper jam—adding that cooling element as only yogurt can do. What you'll need

4 teaspoons Redwood Hill Farm & Creamery Goat Milk Yogurt
3 teaspoons chili jam
2 oz simple syrup
6 oz Gin (we used Gin by Griffo Distillery)
2 oz lemon juice
Mint for garnish


Add jam, simple syrup, gin, lemon juice, and ice to shaker

Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds

Add yogurt, shake for several more seconds

Strain mixture into a glass filled with ice

Garnish with mint
