Pumpkin Oat Kefir Smoothie

We’re breakfast people. As such, we take advantage of seasonal changes to celebrate the bounty of Fall! This pumpkin oat smoothie is as satiating as it is delicious. One of the best parts? It supports the immune system thanks to the billions of probiotics from the Goat Milk Kefir and high volume of Vitamin C found in pumpkin. So, enjoy one of our favorite Fall ways to dig into a delicious, supportive breakfast!

What you'll need

1 cup Redwood Hill Farm Plain Goat Milk Kefir
1/4 cup cup of pumpkin puree
1/4 cup cup of oats (or your favorite granola!)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 ice


Add everything to the blender in the order that they appear in the 'ingredients' list above, ice being added last.

Blend until thick and smooth.
