Strawberry Sunshine
- 1 cup Redwood Hill Farm Strawberry Yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 ripe banana
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Enjoy!
Tomato Cocktail
- 1 cup Redwood Hill Farm Plain Yogurt
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1/4 cup carrot juice or 1 chopped carrot
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco or red pepper sauce
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
Blend all ingredients in an electric blender until smooth. Serve garnished with a celery stick.
Smoothie For Kids (of all ages!)
- 1 cup Redwood Hill Farm Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chunky style peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana
Combine all ingredients in a blender until well blended, leaving some peanut chunks.
