Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing

A little lighter than traditional blue cheese dressing, this goat milk yogurt version goes with everything, from veggies and salads, to roasted potatoes and chicken wings. It’s bright, tangy, garlicky, and done in less than five minutes. You’ll swear off store-bought dressing for good.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1 cup Redwood Hill Farm plain goat milk yogurt
½ cup crumbled blue cheese (stilton, Roquefort, or any other blue veined cheese)
2 ½ tablespoons vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a 16-oz mason jar and shake until well mixed. Alternatively, blend in a food processor.
