Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing
Assemble:
1 cup Redwood Hill Farm Plain Yogurt
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (stilton, roquefort, or any other blue veined cheese)
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 garlic clove, pressed
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and process in a food processor or blender.
Yields 1 1/2 cups
