Ingredients

  • Strawberry Sunshine:
  • 1 cup Redwood Hill Farm Goat Milk Yogurt strawberry flavor
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Enjoy!
  • Tomato Cocktail:
  • 1 cup Redwood Hill Farm Goat Milk Yogurt plain flavor
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup carrot juice or 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco or red pepper sauce
  • salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
  • Blend all ingredients in an electric blender until smooth. Serve garnished with a celery stick.
  • Smoothie For Kids (of all ages!):
  • 1 cup Redwood Hill Farm Goat Milk Yogurt vanilla flavor
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chunky style peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until well blended, leaving some peanut chunks.
