Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 1 sliced garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pound Redwood Hill Farm Raw Goat Milk Feta

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add red bell pepper and garlic. Cook until soft, 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Break Feta into a serving bowl. Top with the warm pepper mixture.
  3. Serve with sliced cucumber and pita chips.
  4. Serves 6-8
