Goat Milk Kefir Power Lunch in a Glass
- Yield: 3 3/4 cups (2-3 Servings)
In addition to kefir being a simple but wonderful thirst quencher, whenever a recipe calls for milk, cream, buttermilk or yogurt, you may freely substitute kefir. Deliciously satisfying, this is one of our favorites!
- 1-1/4 cups carrot juice (fresh preferred, can use canned as well)
- 1-1/4 cups Redwood Hill Farm Goat Milk Kefir
- 1-1/4 cups tomato juice
- lemon slices
- salt and garlic to taste
- Blend the juices and kefir. Chill and serve in glasses with lemon slices and spices to taste.
