In addition to kefir being a simple but wonderful thirst quencher, whenever a recipe calls for milk, cream, buttermilk or yogurt, you may freely substitute kefir. Deliciously satisfying, this is one of our favorites!

  • 1-1/4 cups carrot juice (fresh preferred, can use canned as well)
  • 1-1/4 cups Redwood Hill Farm Goat Milk Kefir
  • 1-1/4 cups tomato juice
  • lemon slices
  • salt and garlic to taste

  1. Blend the juices and kefir. Chill and serve in glasses with lemon slices and spices to taste.
