Grilled Fig Leaves Stuffed with Chevre

The fig leaf imparts a unique and wonderful flavor to the cheese. Our favorite cheese for this recipe is our Three-Peppercorn, but Plain & Garlic-Chive also work well.
- Place a tablespoon or more, depending on size of leaf, of Redwood Hill Farm Chevre in the middle of a large fig leaf.
- Fold leaf around cheese and grill over hot coals until leaf is charred on outside.
- Serve with crusty baguette.
