Creamy & Delicious
Our yogurt is made from whole goat milk that is not homogenized, and the slight cream layer at the top can either be enjoyed or removed if you prefer a slightly lower fat yogurt. We use a special blend of living cultures with acidophilus and bifidus to promote healthy digestion and create a classic yogurt flavor.
The composition of goat milk naturally changes with the seasons, so variations in texture are normal. We do add a small amount of tapioca starch, from the cassava root, to slightly thicken our goats milk yogurt.
