We have found that chefs as well as consumers have all come to love the larger size of this robust, earthy cheese. “Terra” based on the word “terroir,” is made with the same recipe and aging practices that you have come to know and love over the years.
Storage & Serving Suggestions
Re-wrap these cheeses in their original storage-enhancing paper or parchment and store in a cool environment. If kept whole, and stored in a cool, dry environment, these cheeses become gratable, with a sharp and complex flavor at about two months of age. Superb in salads as well as an excellent cheese plate selection, this handmade delicacy is best served at room temperature.
