Redwood Hill Farm’s 5 oz. goat cheese Bucheret has a white, bloomy penicillum candidum rind and a dense, buttery interior. The flavors evolve from mild when young, to tangy and slightly sharp as the cheese ages. Bucheret g will soften under the rind as it ripens, and the flavors will become more rich and complex.

Storage & Serving Suggestions

Re-wrap this goat cheese in its original storage-enhancing paper or parchment and store in a cool environment. Uncut, Bucheret will last for about a month. Serve Redwood Hill Farm goat Bucheret on a cheese platter with seasonal fresh fruit, or try it for dessert, drizzled with local honey.
