Redwood Hill Farm’s 5 oz. goat milk cheese Bucheret  has a white, bloomy rind. The flavors of the dense and buttery interior mix with hints of mushroom from the penicillum candidum rind. As it ripens and softens from the rind inward, Bucheret develops rich and complex flavors at different ages.

Storage & Serving Suggestions

Re-wrap this goat cheese in its original storage-enhancing paper or parchment and store in a cool environment. Uncut, Bucheret will last for about a month. Serve Redwood Hill Farm goat Bucheret on a cheese platter with seasonal fresh fruit, or try it for dessert, drizzled with local honey.
